What is Burnout?
“Burnout can be very difficult to define, even though it is so prevalent and we all think we know what we mean by it

”The International Classification of Diseases (ICD-1 0) lists the following symptoms of burnout:”
- “physical and mental exhaustion and fatigue after minimal effort”

- “tension headaches”
- “sleep disturbance”
- “an inability to relax”
- “irritability”
- “inability to recover after rest, relaxation or entertainment”

DH Comment: “In the _verification pdf pages, the items I marked up in cyan are the symptoms I present… When I described those symptoms to my GP (about 2 years before the lockdowns), I was referred to Salisbury General Hospital for tests (and more tests) and subsequently I reckon the NHS spent about £50,000 to £100,000 (in the value equivalent perhaps of private hospital treatment)”_
